Robert L. White spent his childhood in Scotland, along with one sister Susan. His father was in the banking profession. At an early age, Rob became interested in the weather and had strong ambitions of becoming a weatherman. This idea soon phased out as he fostered his passion into soccer where he wanted to become a professional soccer player. Since the age of seven Rob has enjoyed golf. He has also participated in many aggressive badminton matches. Rob also enjoys mountain and hill climbing, tennis, skiing and chess.
